Last updated: 12 September 2026

These terms govern your use of the Matter of Time Scheduling, LLC website and any scheduling services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

About our services

Matter of Time Scheduling, LLC provides outsourced, human-managed employee scheduling for small and micro businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and schedule for services will be agreed with you separately before work begins.

Your responsibilities

To help us deliver scheduling services effectively, you agree to:

Fees and payment

Fees, billing frequency, and payment terms will be set out in your service agreement or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.

Confidentiality

We treat business and employee information shared with us as confidential and use it only to provide scheduling services, unless disclosure is required by law or you give written permission.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, access systems without authorisation, or use content from the site in a way that infringes our rights or those of others.

Limitation of liability

We provide scheduling support with reasonable care and skill, but final staffing decisions remain your responsibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees paid by you for those services in the three months before the claim arose, unless a different limit is agreed in writing.

Termination

Either party may end a service engagement according to the terms of the relevant agreement. On termination, we will return or delete client data as agreed, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes to active service agreements will be communicated directly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
